Outcome OsteoStrong- Bonemore Study

A clinical trial where they compared the effects of two training methods on bone strength and other important outcome measures for health.

OsteoStrong showed significant increase in bone quality (+2.9%) while control group showed no significant increase.

The goal of the study was to see if the new method, OsteoStrong, could perform equivalently to the current validated method. The goal was achieved. The OsteoStrong group increased on average by 2.9% in bone quality, which was the primary outcome of the study and where OsteoStrong performed better than Method B. Both groups maintained bone density over the period, which shows a positive effect of the training while no fractures occurred directly linked to the training, so the methods are deemed safe.
